      The East was fond of number 12. While greeks began counting their five 
      fingers, the tracians counted 4 fingers by oposing the thumb to the other 
      fingers. This gave the numeration based in the number 4. 12 is a multiple 
      of 4. 
      Ancient babilonians and egyptians combined the numeration based on number 
      5 (greek way) with that based on number 4 (tracian way) and they obtained 
      their useful 60. (12 x 5) So, we stille divide an hour in 60 minutes and a 
      minute in 60 seconds.
