It would be great if those who want to join a roleplay could assume Rasna names. I just read today (in H. Scullard's THE ETRUSCAN CITIES AND ROME) that even the word lauchum "king, ruler" became a Clusium/Perugia family name -- Lauchumni -- just as "king" did in English. I'm trying to update my Rasna namelist to include a few more attested names I've found. Together with a list of the Rasna names for the cities, we would at least have some jumping off points for developing roleplay characters. Curtun for Cortona, Sveama for Sovana, Cisra for Caere -- a different feel altogether, at least to me. I'd love it if we could use Ras(en)na instead of "Etruscan" from now on! I'm pushing this name-obsession of mine because names are so powerful. Let's give the Rasna all the help we can!
